My readings

The readings are classified by theme.

 

In addition to Shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine, there are complementary readings about the world of Ikigaï and the Techniques of ressources optimisation .

I want to share this notion because, in my opinion, it contributes to balance.

There is also a book about Japan I really like. It invites us to discover its history.
