Our session

The Shiatsu session is practiced on a professional massage table or chair and concerns adults and children from the age of 8 years and up.

Minor children must be accompanied by an adult .

Wearing comfortable clothing (T-shirt / leggings for example) during our sessions is recommended.

To take care of you in an appropriate way, we discuss before and after each session. Interviews are impotant to know you better, to understand your needs, your goals, your lifestyle, etc. At the end of the session, they allow you to tell me about your perception.

The first session lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Then, if you want to come back for other sessions, it takes about 1 hour.
